Independent residential appraisals. Every report signed by a licensed appraiser with over 40 years of residential experience and deep familiarity with GSE standards.
Joseph Difilippo, Tennessee Certified Residential Appraiser, brings over 40 years of residential real estate appraising experience to every assignment.
Over four decades, Joseph has developed deep expertise in GSE-compliant appraisals for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders across a wide range of residential markets. That experience now serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee.
Appraising is in the family. Joseph's father, Samuel Difilippo, was a residential appraiser before him — making Joseph a second-generation practitioner with roots in the profession that run deep. That background shapes how he approaches every assignment: methodically, independently, and without shortcuts.
The practice focuses on litigation support, estate assignments, divorce proceedings, and independent lender appraisals. Referral-based, not volume-based. Each assignment gets the time it requires.

Joseph's father, Samuel Difilippo, spent his career as a residential appraiser. The independence, attention to detail, and commitment to honest valuation that defined Samuel's practice are the same principles Joseph has carried forward for over 40 years. This isn't a franchise or a volume operation — it's a craft passed from one generation to the next.
